Effective January 1, 2023, the current HOA transfer fee has changed and the new golf rates to play are the following: 9 holes $45.00 and 18 holes $75.00. The golf cart is included in the new rates.

The current HOA transfer fee is $642.00, it includes a sales tax of 7%. Cancellation Fee is $275.00 non refundable for any cancellation regardless of the policy! Also for cancellations return on credit card fee, stripe does not refund the credit card fee collected at time of reservation. Therefore the refund will deduct the credit card fee also.
For the guests to be able to use all the amenities which will include a golf membership, a transponder, to be able to use the resort pool, tiki bar and other amenities for the entire length of their stay this fee must be paid.
However, if guests choose not to pay the HOA fee, they will only be able to use the satellite pools.
A transponder can be purchased at the office to get in /out of the community.
Golf benefits are available to the husband, wife, and children under 21 years of age. The HOA needs to have separate emails and phone numbers for each guest to play golf.
The community amenities include a beautiful clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, lighted clay tennis courts, casual poolside dining, full-service spa, and so much more! Enjoy the resort style lagoon, hair & nail salon among and tiki bar. The restaurant is planning to open June 2023.

There will be a transfer fee of $642.00 if the guests want to have the amenities which will include a golf membership to you, a transponder, use of the large pool and other amenities for the entire length of your stay. Transfer fee can be paid directly to the HOA at the check-in/orientation time or to Dreamstarvacation and we will take care of the transfer membership paperwork. Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. They get 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. For any cancellations, Dream Star Vacation Homes will retain the service fee of $275.00 without exception.
