Effective January 1, 2023, the HOA has changed the golf rates to play: 9 holes $45.00 and 18 holes $75.00. The golf cart is included in the new rates.
The current HOA transfer fee is $642.00, it includes a sales tax of 7%. This fee includes a golf membership, a transponder to access the community, the resort pool and tiki bar and other amenities for the entire length of your stay.
However, if guests choose not to pay the HOA fee, they will only be able to use the satellite pools. A transponder can be purchased at the office to get in /out of the gated community.
