There will be a transfer fee of $214 if the guests want to have the amenities which will include a golf membership to you, for the entire length of your stay. Transfer fees are paid directly to the HOA at the check-in/orientation time. You only need to pay the cart fee of $25 (18 holes) and $14 (9 holes) each time you want to play. The rates for a regular nonmember are currently $150 in season, and $75 off season.
