Effective January 1, 2023, the HOA has changed the golf rates to play: 9 holes $45.00 and 18 holes $75.00. The golf cart is included in the new rates. This decision was finalized by the HOA in November 2022. Prices are subject to change.
There will be a transfer fee of $642.00 if the guests want to enjoy the amenities which will include a golf membership to you, a transponder, use of the large pool and other amenities for the entire length of your stay.

Golf benefits are available to the husband, wife, and children under 21 years of age. The HOA needs to have separate emails and phone numbers for each guest to play golf.
In addition to the satellite pool, the clubhouse has a resort pool with a separate lap pool. In addition, eight lighted Har-Tru clay tennis courts, poolside café, full-service spa and more is already opened. You'll be delighted to spend your vacation over here.
The clubhouse and restaurant are scheduled to open sometime in June 2023.

The community amenities will include a fabulous clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, lighted clay tennis courts, casual poolside dining, full-service spa, and so much more!
