The HOA fee is 642.00. Golf per person will be $45.00 for 18 holes and $75.00 for 36, the golf cart is included in the new rates. Prices are subject to change!
High Season from January thru April 2024 is $7500 per month plus taxes and fees.

Effective January 1, 2023, the HOA has changed the golf rates to play: 9 holes $45.00 and 18 holes $75.00. The golf cart is included in the new rates. This decision was finalized by the HOA in November . HOA fee is still $214 until April 2023, but it will increase after May 1st to $642.00. Rates are subject to change!
