Fittingly, it’s also home to the PGA KornFerry Tour LeCom Classic pro tournament each year.

The Master bedroom has its own view of the lake and golf course, and is outfitted with a king size, High -quality mattress, Smart TV, two walk-in closets and an en-suite bath complete with quartz counter tops and a large walk-in tiled shower. The Guest bedroom is outfitted with a beautiful bedroom set , nightstands and a separate dresser to store your personal belongings. Need a tub? The second full bath (next to the guest bedroom) has a tub/shower combo, and includes the very convenient in-unit, full sized washer and dryer set.
The HOA fee is 642.00. Golf per person will be $45.00 for 18 holes and $75.00 for 36, the golf cart is included in the new rates. Prices are subject to change!
High Season from January thru April 2024 is $7500 per month plus taxes and fees.

Effective January 1, 2023, the HOA has changed the golf rates to play: 9 holes $45.00 and 18 holes $75.00. The golf cart is included in the new rates. This decision was finalized by the HOA in November . HOA fee is still $214 until April 2023, but it will increase after May 1st to $642.00. Rates are subject to change!

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. They get 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. For any cancellations, Dream Star Vacation Homes will retain the service fee of $275.00 without exception.
