The golf rates to play are: 9 holes $45.00 and 18 holes $75.00. The golf cart is included in the rates. This decision was finalized by the HOA in November 2022.

The community amenities include a beautiful clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, eight lighted clay tennis courts, casual poolside dining at the Tiki Bar and a full-service spa!
Not to mention that Lakewood National is in proximity to the beautiful #1 rated beach in the USA called Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island is approximately 40 minutes, and you can’t forget to visit Longboat Key. The planned upcoming clubhouse is under construction, and it is scheduled for completion in  2022. In addition to the satellite pool, the clubhouse will have a resort pool with a separate lap pool. In addition, eight lighted Har-Tru clay tennis courts, a poolside café, a full-service spa, and more.
There will be a transfer fee of $214 if the guests want to have the amenities which will include a golf membership to you, for the entire length of your stay. You only need to pay the cart fee of $25 (18 holes) and $14 (9 holes) each time you want to play. The rates for a regular nonmember are currently $150 in season and $75 off-season.
