The condo is equipped with modern electronics, such as high speed Wi-Fi, a flat screen smart TV/DVD Player, and another flat screen smart TV in the master suite which offers a variety of options for your favorite TV movie channels. Also, for your convenience the condo is equipped with smart locks on the front door. The condo also offers a separate storage room perfect for keeping your bicycles, golf equipment, or anything else you don't want to store inside the condo. Not to mention that Lakewood National is proximity to the beautiful #1 rated beach in the USA called Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island is approximately 40 minutes, and you can’t forget to visit Longboat Keys. You don’t even need to leave the community to have a delicious meal, you can dine in the beautiful restaurant at the clubhouse scheduled to open in 2022. The planned upcoming clubhouse is under construction, and it is scheduled for completion in 2022. In addition to the satellite pool, the clubhouse will have a resort pool with a separate lap pool. Also, eight lighted Har-Tru clay tennis courts, poolside café, full-service spa and more.
There will be a transfer fee of $214 if the guests want to have the amenities which will include a golf membership to you, for the entire length of your stay. Transfer fees are paid directly to the HOA at the check-in/orientation time. You only need to pay the cart fee of $25 (18 holes) and $14 (9 holes) each time you want to play. The rates for a regular nonmember are currently $150 in season, and $75 off season. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. They get 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. For any cancellations, Dream Star Vacation Homes will retain the service fee of $275.00 without exception.
