Effective January 1, 2023, the HOA has changed the golf rates to play: 9 holes $45.00 and 18 holes $75.00. The golf cart is included in the new rates. This decision was finalized by the HOA in November . HOA fee is still $214 until April 2023, but it will increase more after May. The $214 will remain for 2024 reservations if reservations are confirmed by May1st, 2023 otherwise the fee will be $642.00. Rates are subject to change in 2024.

Cancellation Policy
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. They get 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. For any cancellations, Dream Star Vacation Homes will retain the service fee of $275.00 without exception.
