CHECK-IN-DATE REGARDLESS OF THE DATE OF BOOKING. IN THE CASE OF AN EMERGENCY
CANCELLATION, THE POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT AND THE HEREINABOVE STATED TIME
FRAMES WILL CONTINUE TO APPLY EVEN IN THE CASE OF CANCELLATIONS DUE TO
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS. REQUESTS FOR REFUNDS IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNTS STATED
ABOVE DUE TO EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS WILL BE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF DSVH.
A. Cancellation Fee. In the event Tenant cancels their reservation, Tenant shall be charged a cancellation fee
of $275.00 payable to DSVH. All refunds applied to accredit card will be less the credit card (stripe fee) fee
of 3%
B.. All HOA fees paid by Tenant are non-refundable regardless of when the Tenant cancels the reservation if paid in advance

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. They get 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. For any cancellations, Dream Star Vacation Homes will retain the service fee of $275.00 without exception.
